MD 22 (Maryland/Delaware/DC) is organizing to send assistance. This is being organized by PDG Lion Bert Baker and with the assistance of Past International President Clem Kusiak. More information to come.

Lion Jeff Robinson has been working in the Special Needs Shelters and had informed me of is a need for nurses. These are shelters with persons with medical problems. Please inform an nurse, (RN, LPN, NP) of the need. They should call (337) 262-1311 or Toll Free: 1-800-901-3210.
There will be an emergency Council of Governors Meeting tomorrow at the Louisiana Lions Camp. I hope to have more information on further assistance after the meeting.
